How Custom Orders Work

Custom orders begin with a short inquiry form and a required deposit to reserve your spot on our calendar. Once submitted, we’ll reach out to schedule a Zoom or phone call to walk through your vision together — including product selection, colors, themes, and embroidery details.

After our conversation, you’ll receive a personalized quote outlining your project. Once the quote is reviewed, approved, and paid in full, we’ll begin stitching your pieces with care and intention. From first idea to finished product, every step is designed to ensure your custom order feels thoughtful, seamless, and beautifully executed.

Custom Options

Perfect for simple, meaningful touches.

Petite embroidery is ideal for single names, classic monograms, dates, or small phrases stitched on one item. This tier is designed for clean, timeless personalization with minimal design customization. If you’re looking for something sweet, understated, and beautifully stitched — this is for you.

Petite

Our most popular custom experience.

Signature embroidery allows for larger wording, multiple placements, specialty fonts, and light design customization. Perfect for coordinated pieces, statement designs, or gifts that deserve an elevated touch.

You bring the vision — we thoughtfully bring it to life.

Signature

Fully custom. Completely yours.

Bespoke embroidery is for detailed, one-of-a-kind projects. This includes custom artwork, logo digitizing, business branding, intricate designs, or larger quantity orders. From concept to stitch-out, we collaborate closely to create something refined, polished, and uniquely tailored to you.
